The Slaters Suite

Suitable for: Birthday, anniversary and engagement parties, corporate events and networking, charity evenings and fundraisers, funeral receptions and remembrance gatherings

The Slaters Suite is Harton Miners’ Welfare’s most sought-after space, and it’s not hard to see why. With room for up to 100 guests, a private bar, stunning pitch-side views, and large windows that fill the room with natural light, it’s a versatile and beautiful backdrop for celebrations, corporate events, and everything in between.

The Watson Suite

Suitable for: Birthday, anniversary and engagement celebrations, business events and networking, charity events and fundraisers, funeral receptions and memorial gatherings

The Watson Suite offers the same stunning pitch-side views and private bar as the Slaters Suite, in a slightly more intimate setting. It’s a highly popular space that strikes the ideal balance between elegance and flexibility, easily dressed and styled to bring your event vision to life.

The Studio

Suitable for: Fitness and wellbeing classes, training sessions and workshops, small private functions, children’s classes and activities

A compact, functional space with a versatile open layout, the Studio is perfect for smaller groups and activity-based events. Whether you’re running a fitness class, a community workshop, or a children’s activity session, the Studio provides a comfortable and practical setting that can be tailored to your needs.

Every room hire at the 1st Cloud Arena comes with the following as standard. We want the practical side of your event taken care of from the moment you arrive, so you can focus on the people in the room.

We work with trusted local catering partners to provide everything from tea and coffee to full sit-down meals. Menus available on request.

AV & tech

All rooms include projector screens and/or TVs, and free guest Wi-Fi throughout. The Barbour Lounge features an interactive whiteboard for presentations and training.

Our events team will be with you from enquiry through to the day itself, handling the details so you don't have to.

    Room hire pricing varies depending on the space, the duration of your event, and the day of the week. Half-day and full-day rates are available, and we're happy to discuss bespoke packages for recurring bookings or larger events.

    Yes. The Studio in particular is ideal for children’s parties, activities, and classes. Please mention your requirements when enquiring so we can advise on the most appropriate space and setup.
