The Foundation is only as strong as the people behind it: the coaches, the volunteers, the participants, and the partners who believe in what we're building. Find out how you can be part of it.
Whether you want to participate, volunteer, commission a programme, or explore a long-term partnership, we'd love to hear from you.

Volunteer with us
Our volunteers are central to everything we do. From supporting coaching sessions to helping at community events, there are lots of ways to give your time and develop new skills while making a real difference in South Tyneside.
We welcome volunteers of all backgrounds and experience levels. Whether you have an afternoon a week or a full day a month, we’ll find a role that suits you.
What we look for:
Sounds like something you could be a part of? We can’t wait to hear from you.
Work with us
We work with a wide range of organisations, including local authorities, NHS trusts, schools, businesses, and other charities, to commission and co-deliver programmes across South Tyneside.
If you’re looking for a trusted, proven delivery partner with a track record of measurable social impact, we’d love to talk. We can design bespoke programmes around your outcomes or adapt our existing offer to meet your needs.
Our business model
We are a Social Enterprise. A business with a charitable purpose. Most of our income comes from trading, and all profit is reinvested in our charitable work. We are not grant-dependent.
Charitable purpose drives every collective decision the foundation makes
Social impact is published transparently alongside our financial accounts
Financial sustainability established through varied and diverse income streams
Partnership-based delivery adds value and diversity to all aspects of our work
