Every room hire at the 1st Cloud Arena comes with the following as standard. We want the practical side of your event taken care of from the moment you arrive, so you can focus on the people in the room.

Catering

We work with trusted local catering partners to provide everything from tea and coffee to full sit-down meals. Menus available on request.

AV & tech

All rooms include projector screens and/or TVs, and free guest Wi-Fi throughout. The Barbour Lounge features an interactive whiteboard for presentations and training.

Dedicated support

Our events team will be with you from enquiry through to the day itself, handling the details so you don't have to.

    Pricing & Availability

    Room hire pricing varies depending on the space, the duration of your event, and the day of the week. Half-day and full-day rates are available, and we're happy to discuss bespoke packages for recurring bookings or larger events.
